We support many of our beneficiaries to better manage their health conditions. Our services provide older people with the tools to live healthier lifestyles, remain independent, stay in their own homes and achieve a better quality of life.

A number are also living with dementia, whether it be diagnosed or undiagnosed and have associated mental health issues.
